What are the benefits of snail slime?
Snail slime is a highly moisturizing ingredient. It creates a hydrating film over the skin to give you that refreshed and renewed look. Since it brings moisture to the skin this also helps with anti-aging and dullness of skin.
The two main snail-derived ingredients we use are Snail Secretion Filtrate (Poly-helixan) and Snail Mucus Complex (hydrapotectol).
Snail Secretion Filtrate is:
- smoothing, improves skin texture
- filled with nutrients such as Vitamins A, C and E
- hydrating and protects skin
Snail Mucus Complex is:
- highly moisturizing and creates a layer of hydration onto the skin
- a natural skin rejuvenator that minimizes the look of blemishes and wrinkles
- an antioxidant property that heals wounds, revitalizes skin and fights against aging
Do your products have fragrance?
Yes. The fragrances in our products are harmless to skin and comply with the standards of the International Fragrance Association (IFRA).
Are Eskafil Products safe to use during pregnancy and while breastfeeding?
Yes. We don’t use Vitamin A and its derivatives (Retinol, retinoic acid, etc), BHAs, and the parabens and phthalates that people who are pregnant and/or breastfeeding should avoid.
How do I apply the product?
For the best results, we recommend following the Eskafil routine found on each of our product pages.

No, we do not send samples of the product.

Where does Eskafil ship to?
Currently, Eskafil is only available in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and France.
When can I expect to receive my package?
Delivery of products may vary across countries. Standard courier shipping time is 3-5 business days, however, due to COVID-19, we are experiencing delays in couriers picking up the packages.
How can I change or cancel my order?
If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team right away. Changes cannot be made to an order once it has been shipped.

Do you accept international credit cards?
We do not accept international credit cards specific to your country.
Does the website ship product internationally?
We will soon be shipping for the whole world but, for now, we only ship to the UK, France and the US.
What is the return or exchange policy?
To qualify for a refund or replacement, items MUST be returned in its original packaging. Upon receipt of the returned product, a replacement will be sent immediately or a refund will be applied using the original payment method. All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order.
